The short version. We only collect what we need to train your dog, and analytics waits for your OK where the law asks for it.

What we collect
- When you send your dog's info from the contact page: your name, phone, email if you give it, and your answers about your dog. It is saved in our database and emailed to us so we can call or text you back.
- When you book or pay online: your name, email, phone and booking details. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. Card details never reach this site.
- To stop spam: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, and we count sends per connection for 20 minutes using a one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself.
We do not sell your details. We share them only with the services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, email and spam protection), Stripe (payments) and Google (analytics, only as described below).
We keep form requests for 2 years and booking records for 7 years, for tax.
